Jyothi manufactures tool holding devices such as ER Collets, OZ Collets and End mill extensions using high quality alloy steel. These devices are manufactured at controlled process condition using high quality precision machines of German and Swiss make and they are hardened and ground to very high accuracy standards. These products are used in CNC and automatic machines for holding the cutting tools.
The standard collets of ER and Oz type conform to DIN and ISO standards.
Jyothi manufactures work holding devices such as 5C Collets, R8 Collets, 5C step and 5C expanding collets using high quality alloy steel. These products are manufactured according to customer requirements under controlled process conditions using German and Swiss origin machines. These products are used on Automats and CNC lathes to fine machine the external diameter by clamping on internal diameter.
Jyothi is equipped to manufacture work holding devices that requires a very high degree of accuracy.
Jyothi has wide range of precision components in its portfolio. These components are manufactured as per customers requirement to very high degree of accuracy mostly using alloy steel and non-ferrous metals.
Jyothi has decades of experience in manufacturing of probing devices such as Edge finders and components for Electronic edge finders. These products are made of alloy steel and hardened and ground to very high degree of accuracy.
These are used on CNC milling machines and conventional milling machines to locate the hole center, edge and reference point of the job.
ER-11, ER-16, ER-20, ER-25, ER-32 and ER-40
ER & OZ Collets are made of high-quality German steel, hardened and ground to ensure long life. The specification of ER & OZ conforms to DIN 6499 & DIN 6388 standards respectively.
SK 30, SK 40, SK 50
These products are made of high quality case hardening steel which conforms to customer specifications/DlN Standards and case hardened ground to give long life.
